I got some parts today for my new PC, but motherboard and DVD-drive only coming next week. Still going with my old Radeon HD6850 GPU until new gpu's are released or the current ones get a huge discount in Finland. I am so hyped that I had to post this here because I can't put it together yet -.-. God damn CDON online store, said 1-3 day posting but in reality it's going to be 5 work days or more.  Sad

Very nice build Fatal Smile What gpu do you plan to get in the future? Isn't the hyperX Fury memory 1866MHz istead of 1600MHz?

GTX 780, GTX 800-series? or possibly an R9 280x or 290.. or even 290x, depends on the prices whenever I decide to buy one.

There's many versions of it Smile. My one is 1600mhz with CL10 latency (now that I think I thought I ordered CL9.. oh well). Xeon only supports to 1600mhz RAM so I don't need any faster. Also RAM isn't a big part when it comes to gaming at the moment.

Pulling the wires is one of the worst and annoying things I've ever done. Got some cables hidden but the case is kinda too small for my skills to hide all the cables...

It's now installing updates and I'm trying to copy my old musics and movies to the new comp, will be taking hours. The booting and shut down times with SSD is insane, didn't expect it to be that quick Big Grin

Nice parts but personally I think you are slightly bottle necking it, in my opinion if you are going with an Intel processor and a Kingston 8Gb hyperfury, you should have gone with an Nvidia Geforce graphics card like the GTX660 but still it will perform nice Smile

Lukey.

Like I said, I am waiting for special offers for 780/780 ti or R9's, possibly even the new 800-series which should launch at the end of this year Wink. I did not really have much money for GPU yet. Using my old one. I can overclock it a bit too if it makes you feel better  ;D

Woah hold the phone! When you said you were upgrading  I didn't think you meant the 780 TI! That's a lot of power Big Grin

Yeah well if you can get that one by all means get it, and then enjoy Ultra graphics on every game for the next few years :p

That's the plan. 2016 Pascal GPU's should be out so that's the next time I might upgrade. Might be going with regular 780 tho to save like 200â?? for a bit higher end Pascals in the future.  :Smile
