excuse me, may be a little off-topic, but do the replay still saves even you are "fastly" banned? (so may its not be possible to post evidence?)

if the ban applied just at the beginning of the next race,

the temp.mpr file will show only the first seconds of that new race I'm afraid.
But if the driver got banned at the same race where crashes happened, temp.mpr will show what happened till the ban or quit

I´m a lazy replay saver myself but you can go to Options -> Game to set automatic saving of replays. Note that one replay is little less than 1MB.

I have replay. Revenge crashing is even worse then crashing and since cracker overtook you and just slightli rubbed against you and you decide to revenge crash him and you applied to enter team. I reduced your ban even yesterday on 3 days but i am sorry even if your ban is removed by others you will never get a vote of approval to enter a team from me, at least not in near future.
