Message is saying that events starts at 18:30 utc or 19:30 server time but races are starting at 21:30 France local time(20:30 server time). It's more than confusing for my brain...
Can we make it simple like races always start at 20:30 or 19:30 France local time. There is no need to mention UTC, it makes it confusing. Just connect it with only one parameter, i don't care which one, utc or server or local, just to be clear and easy to check.
Sadly, anything would be better than current situation.
Let me hear your suggestions.

The time actually is UTC + 1 . It has always been so.

The problem is nobody has updated either the server !event messages or the race timings themselves for about a year. I obviously have to accept some responsibility for this, although there are several people who can do that now I think.

Well I had no guidance but it's quite easy to work out. The master server config file needs editing to amend the times stated in the !event and !events messages and the Demo Racing config files contains the scheduled event commands. To amend the events, just adjust the hour these commands occur.
