Good to see that self-deprecating spreads far and wide... ;-)

I'd propose just adjusting sleeping pattern (I do it for -5 and earlier time zones when f1 is on. I go to bed around 6-7pm, getting up at 1-2am :-))

I did that occasionally since most of my friends live in Australia or America, so I used to find myself quite often staying awake until very late morning 0400/0500 and waking up then at 1000/1100

But now I work and have family/gf to care for in this country so that happens less aha
