Description of the incident: Well i save replay just of first race...in second race his rpm and speed was behaving same...so i warn him if he use speedhack he will get 999 days ban...then he go to spec and started to sound upset like its his conection and hi was try to explayn me how speed hack dont exist It was pretty fun converstion but i forget to save replay before next race start I say to him this go on forum so if he is clean he dont have anything to worry about and if he used hack he will be some time out of aa servers...so its up to you guys...i am not sure again...but defintily its something strange with his rpm

I'm unsure. His revving is certainly not normal and they do simulate if someone were to be pressing a button to trigger a speed hack, however he's not getting too much speed out of this, only accelleration and he's not getting mega lap times either.

However, after an LFSW check on "AdamAngarali06", after 2 laps in the XFG he managed to get a 1:32.340 (LESS than the WR by 0.4 seconds) and in only 32 laps he's 1 second off the XRG WR. My bet is that he isn't so pro to break the WR by half a second and be that good in the XRG unless he has another account.

I'm unsure but I'm leaning towards calling hacks... Let's see what others say.

I had to ban a xfg driver with same name colour scheme as AdamAngarali06" a day or two ago.. Might be same guy. Lag doesn't do this. When the same colour scheme guy were driving the XFG, it sounded like it was out of fuel all the time by the engine sounds but just kept going. It really is friking odd. Also his corner exit speeds (example, chicane) are terrible but reaches same top speed as others. Not major hack but doesn't get great laptimes because he cocks his corners up all the time. I will leave this to some GTI admin to check  :

Great calls, they are both hackers.

First case, bit hard to jugde at beggining but if you notice, he has no clutch damage what so ever, and even with a broken engine he still manages to hit 190km/h.
Second case, he is clearly a hacker.

Yes, the first one was tricky, but he gives it away by being 10-20 kmh slower out of the corners, but is back up to pace without drafting...
