Was banned like 4 - 6 years ago for speedhacking. Obviously that's a long time ago and, since other FBM servers sometimes are empty, I would want to play here again.

Nope, still says that i'm permamently on the ban list.
Just tried connecting with nickname Patriks if that helps. (But the registered LFS Account name is Kyance)

I can connect to the Blackwood FBM server, but when trying to connect to Historic FBM then I get "Host refused connection". Is it linked to the ban or just a server issue?

You may have tried to join historic fbm server too many times while you were banned, so the server itself might have banned you. Should start working again at some point.
