Let me just elaborate a few points, being the whole thing itself "being a team". When I think from my point of view at what a team is I think working together sharing knowledge tricks tips etc, pushing each further that one maybe wouldn't reach being a solo driver learning for oneself, I share everything useful, I shared multiple vital tips and ways to improve setups (even though some have been shrugged off and ignored) for whatever reason this is I feel although it is maybe not the right team for me. I don't wish any hard feelings from this, some of you I have raced with are good people and I don't have any bad feelings certain things have edged me towards doing things, although I feel hopefully you can take this a good feedback and improve yourself's further, all the best.

No hard feelings at all Demon, it's up to you to find a team that's right for you, not put up with it.

The idea of AirSupport is exactly how you described (although there's not a whole lot on the forum at present as it's only been active and recruiting for about a month). If you have a question, it's answered and members will always help on track. In time, the team and it's junior team will have more resources built up, but that will take time. However...
