It's not a rule to save replays - but it can be useful evidence if you think the person might complain about their ban at some point. Especially hackers and people who like to argue a lot..
But for troublemakers who you believe are deserving a ban, saving a replay and reporting it is the only option open to you at this stage. Until your admin level is increased enough, you will have to use the reports section. The more you use it, the faster your admin level advances.
Make sure you read the 'pinned How-to thread' in the report section so you get the format correct, then start a thread titled "Zeqe's reports". Make all of your reports in that one thread so it keeps everything organised and we can clearly see your progress.
