Thanks for your post. We're well aware that there is a widespread problem in sim-racing. It doesn't matter what you play or where, you are always going to encounter people like this.
The problem with your suggestion is that the Historic server is AA's entry-level server. It's purpose is to be the most accessible server available in LFS. If we start restricting access, it no longer serves that purpose and it quickly becomes deserted and unused.
There is in fact another AA FBM server - Blackwood FBM. This is the higher level server you are looking for, but it's not always populated, and therefore doesn't show up in the server list unless you have the 'show empty servers' option selected. This server has an automatic restriction applied when a certain number of connections are present.
I will look into your experience restriction idea - I'm not 100% sure if it's possible to do it that way, but it would be a good way to deal with multi-accounters.
We like to be open to everyone, newbies and the pro's - it's really up to you which server you go on and you must accept the risks that come on playing certain lower-level servers. We appreciate you like the tracks we use and provide, however we'd like you to appreciate that we can't just deny a large group of people by the actions of only a few. If more players made reports, we would have more crashers and multi-accounters banned. No reports? No bans when staff aren't on hand.
Due to Airio's age and the fact we're practically keeping it alive ourselves the chances of a filter like you suggest might be extremely difficult. Opening an extra server that wouldn't get used much would cost us a lot of money to maintain - something not many people contribute to and overlook is costs; we already spend a lot of money on keeping the services we have and a couple servers have already been at risk of being cut. You don't have bad ideas, if we were exclusively a pro team... But we aren't, so we have to cater for everyone as best as we can.
