As usual, you should be revised before being banned again if you continue to upkeep that behavior.
Jacques would not be a leader of the team and a key member, my initial mentor when I joined. In this case I have to agree with him. Jacques handled this appropriately. Case closed - it's not what you want to hear but there's no more to say.
