All that Vim said would be right if we are living in Black and White World. But, sadly, world is all between that two, It's gray.
Code of conduct that Vim like so much, is not low, it's more something like guide. It helps you to figure out how to menage servers. But it doesn't have all the answers you need. If we only would act in way that is written in some "Code of conduct" that code would be large as encyclopedia.
If only rules are ones that we have in Code of conduct, that would mean that anyone who can remember them and follow them can be admin.
Why than we are choosing only trusted and experienced racers for admins? I thought it's because when it comes that we have to choose whom to believe, when evidence are not shown, we need to believe to our members which is already tested and has our trust.
