Description of the incident: This guy (seems like a newbie , but a bad one ) got mad i think and started to yell stuffs .. He offended someone by saying that his mother would die the next day also at the end he sweared "F** O** everybody " and quit.

I don't think so .. cuz with crash hack , one can pass through fence and other cars without taking damage .. His car got damage .. so maybe lag.

If it was lag he'd disappear for a second and reappear. And he didn't take much damage, if you check his suspension (F10) it spikes but returns to a tiny value...
