ramizabi - 24 hour ban, server safety, time for him to learn to drive.

(1st replay) 2:26, possibly just a near miss (and the occasion before this timestamp)
(2nd) 0:42, He spun out on the grass and onto the track.
(2nd) 0:58, It's possible (being a keyboard user and a noob judging by his lines) he was just trying to get back on track and didn't see the other driver coming.

I'll apply a 24 hour ban so he can learn LFS a little more, I don't think he was a serious intentional crasher, just a new guy. As much as we don't want to cast out our newcomers, but train them, unless a Limad sees him online that can't happen so this for plain server safety.
