There is also clearly some lag, which you can tell by the car momentarily disappearing and reappearing. Perhaps with window loading? It's hard to say; with the sudden acceleration it's easy to simply call speedhack but considering all his splits and lap times are perfectly normal, he is just short of being a good driver. The car's uneven idle however, I can only put down to a revbouncer mod... For whatever reason he needs one of those? But I'm not making any judgement without seeing further proof.

No action taken until further, more solid evidence of hacking is provided. Thanks for your report.

this happens when the car is running out of fuel, the effect produced is similar to the speedhack. It is normal to see when the race is finishing as many players (i´m included) use the less possible amount of liters to have less weight in the vehicle and add some speed
