Start by reading through the forum, especially the sticky threads. All of the information you need is there, and you'll learn a bit about the team and what we look for in a team-member at the same time.
You will need to complete at least 2000 laps on any AA servers - they don't all have to be in one type of car or race. You will also need to get your safety rating up to 85% or more.
Most importantly, you will need to get to know other people online, socialise and make friends with AA members. Your application will need to be seconded by one of them.
