But this about doing the right thing, and you are not being just, and unbiased.
From here, I have nothing else to say, proceed as you wish, but remember, LFS is a community for everyone. Not for only who you think deserves to be in it.
Hi,
Took the time to read the whole thing and watch all the stuff provided here. I understand your concern and annoyance that this (at least on the outside) seems like an unjust ban. However I'd like to state 3 things that you need to remember whenever you are playing Live for Speed, let alone in an independent server like AirAttack (or any other for that matter):
1. Live for Speed strictly prohibits account sharing, and individual hosts regularly enforces punishment for ban evasion. Now, there's no evidence of sharing, but there is a valid instance which would highly point towards you having made a second account to join back into AA servers after your first was banned. >>To be clear here<<, the "beef" should be regarding our server policy of ban evading. This has nothing to do with Live for Speed, our server host or anything in-between.
2. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, which is why Firestarter took in every possible feedback on the user "icametotorment" when considering the re-applied ban after the initial circumstantial ban-lift. If you had a server yourself, and someone outside it tips you that there's a user behaving really badly in other leagues - and then you witness the same behavior in your own server, you'd be inclined to take at least some action. Whether the ban amount or action taken was justified only Firestarter can elaborate. But regarding the admin action itself, I don't feel it was unsubstantiated.
3. "there is vpns, there is the possibility of buying accounts, I can join AA as much as I want." - you're openly preaching to breach our server policies and continue ban evasion just because you're unhappy. I am sure you can work something out without causing more problems.
If I strip everything back, this report / appeal is basically just on your driving etiquette, a little bad habit of saying things you shouldn't, nothing much else. You haven't used any hacks, account-shared or done something worthy of a 999-perma ban, so in my books, you should take a step back and have a thought. Then come back and see what you can promise or do in order to justify a ban reduction. There is no need for hostility or threats especially when you're the offending party, no matter how small the reason.
I hope to see you back racing soon, cleaner and more respectful. How you make that happen, it is entirely in your hands; we'll just facilitate based on how genuine you are.
Best Regards
