Hi Wiz,

Thanks for your report, I'm sorry you feel that you were wronged, particularly by one of our own. After reviewing the replay I have concluded the incident to be "accidental-preventable", Daniel's car was pointed in such a way and the steering angled such as to pass on your inside. However, due to too much speed, the car broke traction, sliding wider and connecting with your car. This could have been prevented by quick-thinking and steering tighter or dropping back, however I deem this to simply be that, an accident that was preventable.

As such I won't take any action for the incident in question.

Afterwards however, I would at least expect an apology. Regardless how much you believe "rubbing is racing and accidents happen" like I do, good sportsmanship still comes in to play; if someone is upset, apologize and move on. Daniel failed to meet the expected level of sportsmanship I'd expect of someone wearing AA colors on any server, so I will mention that to him. I'll refer this report to him and give him the opportunity to add anything he wants and make sure representation is upheld.

Sorry about the inconvenience and thank you for your report once again. Following conversation and agreement of understanding, no further action will be taken.

Hi man, tnx for the report.

Yes, quite a difficult situation. Obviously, there was no real intention from Daniel to crash you. You can see earlier in the replay that he had similar situations that went well and he did apologize. This particular contact didn't go well for you, but usually, this kind of rubbing just goes without problems. Unfortunately not this time.

I will also have a word with him, however, in this case, the focus is on the behavior after the incident, which indeed was not a good representation of our team. Bear in mind that we are not perfect, everyone makes mistakes and bad judgments. Sometimes it's just due to a bad day someone is having.
