Meeting held on 5th of September, 2020.
Points: Moving forwards, guidelines, inactive AA pre-AS members.
"We","us","our" refers to AirAttack Racing, including sub-team AirSupport. "AA" is a shortage for AirAttack Racing as a whole team as "AS" is a shortage for AirSupport. "Them", "they", "their", "members" refers to AA or AS member(s).
The largest discussion was that of our Rules and Guidelines.
One of the alterations is the usage of AirAttack and AirSupport nametags, respective skins and other imagery. When an AA or AS member participates in organized racing leagues as a team with teammates from outside of AA, our tags and skins may not be used. They and their teammates may use another mutually agreed team tag and skin for the event(s) unless agreed with AA Leadership. This is due to confusion that AA is officially participating in team events, when in fact it is an individual member. Any official AA participation in league events is announced and discussed within our Discord and Forum.
Previously when participating in events on our servers and other race-oriented servers, members were urged to wear their team's skin. Now, members may use any skin on any server so long as the skin abides by the Live For Speed Skin Regulations. This is with the exception of an AirSupport member bearing an AirAttack skin, unless otherwise agreed with Leadership. We may specifically require members to wear skins, for example when representing AA at an event, however this will be agreed if necessary. We still encourage usage of AirAttack and AirSupport skins, for members wishing to use an AA or AS skin, they can be found within this thread: [AA] Skins & Logos.
We would also like to note that displaying AA™ and AS™ nametags for active members in AirAttack and AirSupport respectively is still mandatory and will be enforced. Tag colours should be black and yellow, and black and red for AirAttack and AirSupport respectively.
AirAttack Racing members that fell inactive prior to the introduction of the AirSupport will have the choice to join AA or sub-team AS depending on the individual's goals and wishes. On return, any members wishing to stay a part of us will receive promotion to Limad 3 if they held a lower rank prior to inactivity.
Moving on... The Multiclass Server's future...
It has been decided that more efforts will be made to improve the server in a goal to gain activity. Initial changes include a full reset of driver ranks which will also be advertised on the Live for Speed Discord server and the Live for Speed forum. We are also going to evaluate the order in which cars unlock for more variety. Furthermore a Google Form link will be introduced to the Airio automated messages in order to receive feedback on the server and gauge what players want to see.
We would also like to reach out suggestions can always be made within the Discord, on our Forums or via Private Message to Leadership.
