The second one is on you tho, especially if you had previous experience with this driver.
You had plenty of time to avoid the contact. I have a feeling you really wanted to drive up his rear to prove a point. :-)
Also - no brakes touched to avoid collisions on both occasions.

I felt that even with the video, experienced colleagues don’t know what to do.
So during the race in the wind shade, I don’t expect to be intentionally braked in front of me in a straight line.
The point is not whether I braked this or not. But that he deliberately knocked me out by braking 2x.
Maybe I can expect some sanction or not even deal with it?
Anyway, thank you for noticing what I didn't do ...

I probably shall explain that I'm retired and have nothing to do with imposing penalties. And I did agree that he is guilty, didn't I?

Usually by now someone steps in and makes a judgement but maybe none noticed it because you hijacked someone else's report thread?

If nothing else it's a good learning exercise - always assume the worst behaviour of randoms on track.
Also: You don't pay attention, you crash. ;-)

I'm not malicious either. Just i don't like the injustice !!
If it hadn't been intentional. I wouldn't deal with it.
