you're in the wrong place with your this racing style, people who come to demo, people with little or no experience and you look at them as a good racer,If you're a good racer, we'd like to see you elsewhere.
So first thing first. This is casual racing not comp race. This server is for new drivers to test the game do some few races , as we see they are a loot of comp drivees that try their best to make a good time. And the team is fine about that. So if u have a crash stop crying for it say sry even if it isnt your fault and race again if u sont want crashes more laps etc u have single player and hotlap . U can check in lfsworld.com the wr record and try to beat it.

In short, the attitude has to change first before anything else. You won't get anywhere with the semi-sociopath behaviour. You need patience, respect, restrain and understanding - if you are not mentally prepared to receive some contact then honestly you are not ready for demo-racing yet. League racing suits your style of racing by far.
Extra respect is needed for demo servers due to the multiple reasons the people above have commented on, and you have to accept that dirty racing exists in such a open server. That's just what demo racing is.
Being passive aggro in a long post does shit all for your cause, because it just further exaggerates the fiesty driving style you have. Basically you're just outlining the flaws in your concept of demo racing, not glossing over the fact not even a % of demo racers will actually read this - it is both useless and... useless.
Sure, you may get the odd server filled with team members and elites, but most of the time you get the opposite.
