Problems with banning

Prasanth asked me to ban Murat for crashing. But when i typed !ban murat760m it says no nickname or username found... when prasanth did the same thing it worked for him

I wonder if lim2 can't ban disconnected players , anyone knows?

I think you need L3 for that, yeah. This is one of those cases where if no high-level admins are around, you should file a report. Crashing and disconnecting can earn them a ban of up to 15 days if it's deemed malicious.

No, !recent is an L3 command too. L2 is strictly kick and 12hr ban only, specifically for the purpose of ascertaining the limad's ability to use their judgement on whether someone only needs a cooldown period, or whether something harsher is required.
