When on the server with the Admin password do Shift+U to enter camera mode, hit space to bring the menu up at the bottom (the camera placement menu) click Edit on the bottom left, Marshall on the top right and then Restricted Area, use W+E keys to get the required size and then use O key to place.

Note: This may only be available on S1/2 servers... In which case Ario probably has a fancy thing for restricted areas like the chicane on BL1.
