Good effort for a first video, but the only way is up ;-)
Reminded me a lot my first enduro video years ago... Jerky camera movements, too much FoV, trying to do camera magic while following a car, It wasn't pretty. Second one came out much, much better Third never materialized as it was too much pain to compile it togetger
These days it's easier. There's a tool for camera control, pretty decent one, that allows camera keyframing and easing-in/out - LFS Record give it a go.
Also try cut action from time to time instead of long takes, like that fbm roll was basically twice the same, but you could slice it into 3 parts with the middle part showing from inside.
Practice makes perfect :-)
