Description of the incident: Well i save replay just of first race...in second race his rpm and speed was behaving same...so i warn him if he use speedhack he will get 999 days ban...then he go to spec and started to sound upset like its his conection and hi was try to explayn me how speed hack dont exist
It was pretty fun converstion but i forget to save replay before next race start 
I say to him this go on forum so if he is clean he dont have anything to worry about and if he used hack he will be some time out of aa servers...so its up to you guys...i am not sure again...but defintily its something strange with his rpm
