Due to time constraints I was only able to review one replay of johnny, the race where he got banned.
At that time I didn't think he was fully innocent as he did pit maneuver another player but due to stuff that was going on it muddled my reasoning and thought it won't harm to unban him. And that's how I got manipulated into unbanning a player that should have stayed banned. IF he didn't come back to the server and pretend to be another player vouching for Johnny, 12h would pass the vote ban would expire and all of that would blow over without revealing much of Johnny's behavior.
The unraveling of the situation would be some several days after Johnny got unbanned. I received a tip from another player, claiming that icametotorment and jotta account belong to the same person. I did investigate that matter and yes indeed they had matching IP address. During the span over the several days I would go over the replays and server logs from that day and analyze the things that happened.
Here I would find out that Johnny had a very unsportsmanlike behavior. Excessive contacts, causing crashes, foul language and nationalist/racist remarks. I would also find out that his behavior was also noted outside of our server, to the point where notable LFS players noticed his behavior.

Weighing down the options on 30th of September I have decided that this is a kind of behavior that I dont want to see on our servers and as a future deterrent it should be a big punishment.
