So to lay down the facts. All of this is supported by replays and logs.
The entire thing stems from the incident on 31st of August (not 21st of August), when there was a big group of racers abusing the vote kick/ban system. At that time I was mainly focused on that issue and couldn't fully focus on other problems.
At that time the user "icametotorment" was rightfully banned by the big group for causing various incidents and unsportsmanlike behavior which can be seen in the attached replays. Several minutes later he rejoins with another account "jotta". I wasn't present at the moment where his original account got banned but I was there when he joined with his 2nd account, at that time I was checking the server logs for vote kick/ban instances and looking up which players could part of the big group that was involved in the incident. Now what icametotorment aka Johnny aka jotta aka Yuppi misses on mentioning is that during this time he was referring his icametotorment account as a separate player from him, which gave the impression that it might have been collateral damage from the mass kicks and bans that were happening. Some server logs below, cant upload it here as it contains player sensitive information, can send it to rane or nova at a request.
