I come this way, to ask for help in a unjustified ban.
Background: I play LFS since 2005, in AA servers certainly for more than 15 years... I was never baned before. I have very high safety rating in the server stats.
So now let´s get to what is the real problem.
Last day 2nd of October, I went online to do some laps, entering the server I received the message saying I was banned for 365 days.
I immediatly went to AA discord to see what happenned, to my surprise didn´t find any report against me, and looking at the ban list I was banned 365 days in the S3 account and 999 days in the demo account just by having the same IP. In the ban list it said I was banned day 30th of September, at 5am, I didn´t even play that day, and was certainly not at the server that moment.
Tried to ask around to AA team members, about what happenned, only one answered and said he didnt know about anything and would try to ask FireStarter... FireStarter answered him immediatly saying he would not unban reasoning - none - and the demo account was banned for ban evading (whatever that means because I was not even playing when I was banned)
So well after 24h FireStarter finally answered my messages, sending some server logs of my account day 21st of August, saying and I quote, "Using multiple accounts and manipulating into getting unbanned, feel free to protest the ban on the forum."
So now let´s go back to 21st of August. I was playing in the server with friends like I do for some long years, and there were a lot of mass bans happenning late hours in the server by a certain group of people that I´ll not refer. So one guy goes into the discord, makes a complaint, FireStarter went in the server to see what was going on, in a discord call my friends told me the admin was on the server, so I used me old demo account to go to the server and politly ask to remove my ban also, once he was unbanning people that were unfairly banned by that mass vote group.. When I asked him to take out the ban from my S3 account explaining the incident, he told me to wait, and went see the replay, and finally removed the ban. We even had a small chat about that mass ban in AA general discord channel, where FireStarter himself participated, including other players present in that day (naluyluka and kerberos for e.g)
So, after more than 1 intire month, I kept playing in the server, never was reported, and I´m banned for that night, where FireStarter claims ban evading where he knew exactly what happenned that night?
I hope a re-evaluation on this matter, and thanks in advance.
