It's not that we can't see the whole thing, obviously we can. But if you can go to the effort of waiting to upload a video to YouTube then you've easily got the patience to upload the raw file to a website like Uppit or similar.
The fact you're protesting why we can't take a video or screenshot as evidence over a raw replay as it doesn't show a WIDE range of data we need is ridiculous. Furthermore, why you can't just accept that we don't accept this evidence and just upload the raw file to validate your report at all triggers this question in my mind - "Why?".

Raw replay - Valid report. It's been this way for 4 years and it's worked for a reason.
Screenshots / YouTube - Null and void report. Anyone could have edited it, hidden information within the replay's data (that you can only see within LFS), we can see every different angle of an incident, it's easier to keep for our records.
