The first incident, I have to say i'd place the blame on your side. if you look at 1.33, you're steering slightly to the right, which of course you could be defending the corner, but to be doing that there with 2 people inside of you seems strange. I mean it's kind of a racing incident but from the replay it does look more your fault. Nothing for him to get annoyed about as those things happen.
2nd I'd put on him as at that point of the track it's obvious you're going to be heading across the track slightly because of the angle of the car, so his fault for not anticipating it. With the big jump at that point, he should know where your car is heading. Not being patient at overtaking on his part made that.
Of course these are just my opinions. I'd call it 1 all, shake hands and move on
