Demon would like to rejoin the team! [resigned]

I run two websites with a combined community of over 25,000 people. The number is irrelevant to what I do here other than it gives me skills of working with communities, it's how you use those skills that matters, not that you've told us. Smile

The main point of segregating the team into two distinct sub teams is, as mentioned by Vim, the issue of people joining for the admin privilages and not actually trying to be one with the team and its members.

Same goes for MRc. They have a extremely high turnover rate due to the join-leave-join-leave culture, as well as lower standards.
We are by no means saying that AS is a totally seperate team. No. Air Support is AA's Junior sub division where all the magic happens in terms of training drivers, teaching good team culture ectra.

Not that you don't have the above, Demon. But we are just following the protocol and not allowing any slip in the process with any driver.

Air Support is a good place to rejoin. You will be ranked back to Air Attack in no time. Smile

Any server admin available to include Demon in team list. He is unable to wear AS tag as of yet without a kick thanks

That's weird - I have added him - I will check again soon.

edit: try now Demon - I double checked your name against your LFSW profile, and restarted the Airio server again after adding Azyer, so it should work. Let me know if you still have problems.

Request to be removed from the team the following reasons are stated below:

After reviewing the situation since joining to which is been a month, i have raced at the FM races and finished higher than the other AA members excluding mikke. & i am struggling to come to the grasps of the team for developing drivers... I am mastering courses not learning the basics.. I get no information or barely speak to members other than the normal hello. This has impacted my thoughts and opinion of the AS team and AA team and how it wasn't what i expected, hence the request i'll return to racing team free and although my feelings about some people have changes there will not be any hard feelings I will just simply avoid you & continue to develop my skills by myself like I always have.
