Old forum died, got closed whatever, but today I found this
Almost 2 years since my last LFS races, miss you guys - but life is to busy at the moment. Looking forward to do some races again hopefully in the very near future.
Oldies in here - might remember I expected a child with my wife, became dad 14 months ago, also the reason why I checked out from LFS in the past, had to prepare.
Recently we bought a house, moving in next month, when things are settled, I plan to visit aa fbm servers..
Just came here to say hi.
I went missing over a year ago ;D because I was burned out on LFS but now I'm enjoying the game again. I was talking to Ratrug and it makes me happy to hear veterans (jacques and delta s4) are still leading this AA team. Many might not remember me, I was one of the FBM limads. To refresh your memory, here is my car:
I was also informed, AA is hosting Demo Championship 2014. I might join the event but I'm rusty.

Banger racing is a IRL sport but has also over the years been brought to LFS. I used to do this a few years ago but stopped due to time restriction, however, I have recently re joined the sport and I can honestly say, it's the funnnest thing I have ever done on LFS.
The concept of the sport is a 12 lap race around a small oval track, Pic related.
So the aim is obviously to win, but to absolutely destroy your opponents in the process, sometimes it can seem a little frustrating when you get 'fenced' when you are winning, but it is equally rewarding putting some one in when they are leading! Please reply to this forum if you would like to join as I am looking at sourcing a team from within AA to join the board and get racing! Please leave a number that you would like and we will see if it's available.
