Good race in the pack and with siXence (marcogts) up with around 4:40 into the race. I have passed him cleanly into the chicane, messed up the exit a bit, and he then deliberately taken me out. This is evidenced both by his car movement and his hands on the steering wheel.
When reviewing this incident, please also note siXence's actions at the end of the back straight on the same lap, which effectively led to our crash. Having barely cleared an opponent, he switched lanes, and slammed on the brakes immediately, leaving the opponent no room for reaction. The latter has made his displeasure known by bumping siXence through the corner, however siXence retaliated by ramming into the side of the other car. This has slowed him down, which allowed me to get by.
Having raced and watched this guy race, I have observed a very arrogant attitude towards his opponents, where always makes sure he either crowds others in the corners, or makes enough physical contact to upset the balance of his opponents' cars. When asked to explain his actions he resorts to statements along the lines of "It's not my fault you were near me and you were slower".
I suggest his actions in this replay are worth a lengthy ban, maybe 365 days.

Hi Sainted, firstly thank you for actually putting a report together properly. It shows a big improvement in your attitude towards how we work here at AA, also during the replay you didn't lose your head and go mad like you would have previously done which is awesome (though you shouldn't have attempted to re-overtake on the chicane following the straight, your car took out NightKids when it went off track).
During the replay, you're exactly right, siXence (marcogts) after being overtaken by both you and Krycha showed aggression - turning into Krycha and then deliberately PITting you. As a result a 3 day ban will be issued. We only issue such lengthy ban terms for repeat and the worst offenders of crashers and misbehaviors. For example, second or third repetitions, where lessons clearly are not learned.
