Self music composition - prasanths96 - 02-11-2015 Hey guys, I recently downloaded fl studio , which is a pretty good software for music composition. I was able to make a decent melody(i guess) in that. So i thought of sharing the melody with you guys I named the melody "Sad Surprise" Here is the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lWZebxvLhZY&feature=youtu.be If any of you guys have made musics/mixes too , feel free to share it here It's appreciated. Re: Self music composition - morro22 - 02-12-2015 OH God, never thougt to make music like this with fl. Have you studied music? This one is a composition made with sibelius 6 http://www.mediafire.com/listen/kveehde7vg4308c/Composici%C3%B3n+2+1.wav Re: Self music composition - Vim Fuego - 02-12-2015 I've been using fruityloops since version 3ish - I was living with some crazy insane musicians when I first picked it up - it grew exponentially from there... when I started playing a radio show, i started supplementing my sets with my own tunes. I had to learn a lot about engineering and mastering to get them sounding as good as pro tunes, but FL can do it if you know how. Anyhow, here's a few of my best moments. Your music is cool you just need to add major notes with keyboard to it. Btw, i haven't studied music but i just saw this nice tutorial of 30 mins https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kMQZf8Aa1zs . From this, apart from other stuffs, the main thing i learnt is the 'note set' . I used 'C minor' note set in which i must not use keys like C#,E,F#,A and B. That does half the magic . Also to see how further can fl studio go , Hear the Chillout music from this link https://soundcloud.com/erik-auranaune . I got pretty very inspired by this. He's awesome!
