Well anyone can, provided the name isn't identical. And we are powerless to stop it, other than to appeal to the server's owner.

If it prevented us joining that server using [AA] tags then I guess that would also be a problem, however it doesn't. Also what meddc said, although we use [AA] as AirAttack, who's to say their [AA] doesn't mean something else aswell?
It does look bad being the same colors (apart from the other words being black too) but that's their choice. We could appeal if it's such an issue but I don't see too much of an issue other than the fact it may confuse other players thinking we own it.

The only ones that can use AA tag on our servers are those that are on the limad list, everyone else will be kicked from server for bad name.
They are probably using same tag for their server to be right close to ours on the list.
One of the "A" have to mean "Amsterdam" but the other "A" i have no idea.
We could change the tag on forum name to [AAâ??] and from there we will see if they follow.

I wouldn't do that delta. It would prevent anyone manually typing the server name.

Now they changed Server name that before was in black to yellow like ours :o

Does anyone know where to find the owner? Perhaps if you see anyone on there we could go in and try to track down the owner and politely ask them to desist, and either choose another tag or another colour. I may also email the LFS devs and see if there's anything they can do.
