Your stats are very good, we always like to see that, but it's it is just one part of the story. We value the most the character of the applicant and his people skils. From what we seen so far, you do give away a less matture vibes and this may be a difficuilty. Anyway, we will give you a chance to prove yourself over a few weeks, both on track and off track. We need to see that you are responsible and serious enough to handle all kinds of disputes of racers that are everyday online routine. You need to show us that we can trust you to keep the good representation of our team in public servers.

Hey Sata. I am aware of your AS application and have seen it. Good job on the laps and laptime, seems like some effort has gone to practicing which is nice to see. I hope you'll improve on your English language as well.
However, I'd personally like to see more seriousness and maturity when it comes to talking to others. You're younger than most of our members at 17 years, but that doesn't excuse your bad mannerisms to others. You're speaking to our Team Leader (Rane) as if he is a joke to you, and that is a big no-no from me to your application.
And from memory as well, your in-game replies and chat need to be less offensive/sacarstic too. You know that.
Yes, you can troll and joke when the time is right. But it seems as if you're not taking your application seriously - and that tells me you're not keen on being accepted. I hope you can change my mind in the weeks leading up to the decision.
