Is something strange with the points system at the Multiclass server.
Have worked my way up to Major using XFR. Took quite a few laps on KY1.
There you get 2 points per round with XFR.
Became a major and thought of using FZR,
but then had to have a 28 restriction and only get 1 point per round.
What is the point of this difference in points?

Nothing is wrong with our points system, you are getting it wrong. You should type !table and pay more attention to the description of points system. As this is a multiclass server, our aim is to promote racing in the same class, therefore, point system is rewarding you if you are racing in a class with more racers. The more racers are in a single class the more points they get. For full 40 points per win, one needs 16 racers in the same class. If you are alone in a class, you get 1 point, no matter which class.

I am talking about point you get each lap. If I drive a XFR at KY1 I get 2 points pr lap. If I drive a FXr whit intake reduction du to to low ranke I only get 1 points pr lap.
