Hello there! Its Pakkeji from Maxxis team, and i always prefered drifting with XR Turbo, but, to be honest, LFS drifting scene is completely dead nowadays, so its been 6 months maybe since i started driving AA servers and demo, now its near 1300 laps GTI and 2000 FBM, according to lfsw. Being a kinda slow driver with demo PBs near 1 sec above WR, i always work hard to improve my speed by racing against more fast drivers or even slower ones, who can defend good, and i think i know racing rules good enough to represent some competetive driving without crashing and insults, cuz thats totally killing the vibe of this honorable sport.
But the point is that we have different ppl on servers, and everyone has different styles of playing this game. Its sad truth, that some people come to play being overstressed by their lives or just to troll others. Whatever, its free-to-play demo servers, nobody cares. But the moderators and admins are just those people who supposed to care, i guess.
Some moderator with nickname Demonic has been overtaken by me in bl1 t2, and after that i got kicked from server, without no words at all. I rejoined and asked him several times about the purpose of kick, he then tried to answer the question by asking his own questions to me. After all these questions i've seen 'i kick for not clean racing", and, finally he called me stupid. Then, i ve tried to tell why i had rights to do this overtake, and why it was absolutely clean from my side. This guy has continued to insist on his point, telling me that he was just slammed off from the chicane and finally said some funny words: "be quiet and race clean or you wont race here" Okay, Joseph Stalin. I answered, that he is the problem of this accident (well, thats obvious) and got kicked again. I rejoined and asked my more experienced friend where to send the mpr files, and honestly a little bit insulted, like "no retard moderators please" The answer was very fast and clean at this time "i can just ban you here and now" and finally i insulted and called him a retard and got the 12 hours of ban.
Everyone knows, that demo races are just demo races, but i remember some very good "gentleman" runs even in past few days here. I never had any beef with Demonic but i remember his days being a Drift+Scorer moderator and some people talking about his insulting behavior(but i may be wrong here, and this was another guy). In my opinion, people who cant control themselves dont deserve any control on others.

Hi man, tnx for posting.
Even though I was there at the server the whole time, I did not see the actual incident, but I watched all the chat. In the 2 replays you provided one can not see the incident. I will try to dig it out from our replay logs with a little luck. For now, all I can say is that I did not like how the conversation went from both sides. You got kicked without any warning, that was not ok. To me it seemed like Demonic was way too harsh, he did kick and ban others excessively in my opinion prior to the incident. It was not prime time and we can have a little bit lose regulations for the newcomers outside of evening races - where racing quality gets as high as it can on demo.
I am seriously thinking about demotion to limad1, but this is one of those hard situations where we have a long-term AA member (about 10 years or so). I would like to hear other opinions and hopefully also the side of the story about the incident from Demonic (eldemon) as well.

Hi guys, after a discussion with the AA senate, we have come to the conclusion that Demonic was wrong in this case. Taking into account all the history, a punishment of demotion to limad1 will be issued. We will closely monitor Demonic's behavior and decide if further actions will be needed.

Appreciate the fast feedback, Rane. No need to apologize, and thank you all AA guys for paying some attention on this funny situation. I am not a bargainer by nature, so i hope Demonic will have more good days with this incredible videogame being a fast driver. Thank you again, and cya on track!
