I watched Leo yesterday, I wasn't sure if it was a speed hack.
But now I am.
Some said he was just lagging.
But I haven't seen anything like it before.

Rev bouncing does reaaaally look like it is just that, and lagging in LFS doesn't work like that.
I am willing to 999 ban him, but I am not 100% sure, but the way the speed went down and went back up again at the end of the replay kinda sells it for me.
I'm gonna 999 ban him for now, if someone has anything to disagree with, I can remove/reduce the ban.

Vanessa sent me this replay, I already checked it. Seems like a classic speed hack. I would recommend that she apply a ban, since she did a nice job spotting it. The command would go somewhere along the lines:
definition: !ban time fullusername "reason"
example: !ban 999 leobagnis "speed hack"
This is really a shame for Leo. He actually has quite nice stats on this account - 900 laps and about 93% safety rating.
