I just have that specific replay, but he has crashed many time before.
I dont wanna to reported him, but supremeJack asked to me for reporter him.

This looks like a mouse or a wheel glitch. I have raced with H20|Brian many times, and never had a problem with him.

I too think this is a mouse glitch or his mouse lagged a little - I have had that with my own usb mouse and it has a split second pause sometimes and I have to correct steering - fixed by just unplugging and blowing on the usb
I've raced Brian before and I do not think he is a crasher, any contact perhaps is accidental and probably any more is anger. If you have evidence of him ramming or having racism or such, let us know.
