If you delivering UHD video please don't make it look like a upscaled SD material (although I saw better upscales than this UHD clip)
There's terrible color leakage, pixelation and compression blur in it... All the greatest hits how not to deliver video.
Seeing it's already at ~20Mb/s bitrate I'd say it's codec to blame.
Please consider using x264 with at least two pass encoding. I don't know what software you're using but either create lossless version of this video first (big file warning!) and then compress it with x264 or set-up proxy file (frameserver) which will deliver uncompressed video to encoder.
If you're scared of commandline there's handbrake to ease the pain ;-)
My pc is has pretty old processor .. :\ Amd Sempron .. I'm already amazed that i could even bring 4k resolution on a video (tho i'm not able to play it normally in my pc) I dint have options like bitrate to set in powerdirector. But i had AVC 264 or something, i tried that format but popped up "Your graphic card/pc does not support this format rendering".
Also, i tried slowing down the clip on 0:33 in last edit file, but it was laggy. If i need to do it without lag, i have to go back to files that i have been editing lots of days ago. Thats really a mess (since i used two softwares to edit this) and @ Matt:
Well .. I hate this youtube for this now.. My real video looks bit different than the same video i uploaded on youtube. I dont know why,i keep screwing up colour/quality thing in video after i removed rain/snow etc .. The only way for me to check if that look good or not in video is to first render it and wach it :'( ... The preview in software lags but it can show me pictures. That picture loook really perfect and when i render the video, it is not the same thing as it was in picture ..
By these things, i really have rendered like 15 vids already, and like 5 of them are with 4k resolution. Not to mention that in my pc, 4k resolution takes 2 hours to complete and my whole pc gets to lag that i cannot do anything else.
So, i've already wasted this last three days just doing that render work ._. .. this thing annoys me this way
Now finally i've done a few mods with colours and blur effect and started render it. I trust it is the finalllest of the final version of the video and no more. Since you're opening for feedback I'll wait for the responses first then if there's anything you want to edit before it's uploaded you can do so. Would be a pain to take the time to upload it just to replace it again and it's not most professional to the outside.
