No. You can't upload test patch replays.

What do you mean? If you hotlap in hotlap mode, just save the replay, go to www.lfsworld.net , log in there, go to S2 hotlaps, hotlap charts and select the replay of your clean hotlap and hit upload.

Yea,i did that but is it synced with my pb ,i dunno if you get it,like with !tm command or sth?

When you join the server next time and it retrieves your lfsw stats. If it doesn't want to update you can try !exr command. Also check if your !hl is updated after upping the lap.
