Hey Swiftz!
We at AA are happy to announce you have been promoted from L1 to L2 admin rank! Congraulations, and thank you for your contributions to the team!
Always remember to be active and come on often to our servers to monitor the drivers. Keep in mind you have to maintain good behaviour and use your "upgraded" admin rights to good use - don't abuse them!
You will be able to issue kicks as usual and now 12 hour manual bans.
You should now have more extended server privilages besides being able to issue bans as well as other fiddly things that you can find using !lhelp[limad level]. (edit: just to clarify, the 'l' is a lowercase L, so it's !-l-h-e-l-p-2 in your case, or !l2 for short).
Please do take note: Unless a user is really rouge and might ban evade quickly, type out the bans you may be issuing, as votebans should only really be a way for civilan drivers to have a clean vote.
Although you have the power now to issue a ban (12hr), do note you do not yet have unban command. Hence, bans should be issued fairly and not through rage or a blind vote ban.
Should you require more help, type !l2 or !lhelp2 to check out the admin help.
